Aims and Objectives of Trust

Aims and Objectives of Trust:

All the following objectives have to be implemented after taking necessary approval from government/ proper authority and contradictory objectives to section 20 of Society Act will be deemed as inactive.

1. Establishing Mosque, Prayer room, Khanka Sharif, Family graveyard with a view to undertake The Holy Quran learning program as well as managing to achieve Isaal-e Sowab through Jiarat after prayer.
2. To observe religious functions, milad mahfil, ors’ mahfil, fateha sharif through motivating the people in religious consciousness including national days.
3. To provide fund to the madrasha, mosque and other religious institutions.
4. To do all other charitable, educational, humanitarian and relief worker.
5. To conduct any welfare or charitable program among poor people.
6. To provide all kind of realistic welfare assistance to poor distressed people.
7. To provide primary education, mass education and non formal primary education for uprooted, poor, working children, helpless boys & girls.
8. To assist needy, distressed people in constructing homes by allotting khas and fallow land.
9. To provide rehabilitation through setting up orphanage, caravansary, old age home for helpless, solitary, old man-woman, orphan, distressed people, street boy, drug addicted, unemployed, paralyzed, freedom fighter.
10. To take rescue and rehabilitation project for famine, epidemic, drought, landslide, earthquake, natural disaster, Sidr, nila, Tsunami and flood affected people.
11. To remove dowry system by informing evil effect of it through inform the bad side of that and to make alert public to defend female/male oppression.
12. To eradicate illiteracy away through taking old literacy program.
13. To work against dowry, early marriage, torturing woman, acid throw, put out women and children, good administration, human right, child labor etc. and providing legal assistance to the distressed.
14. To arrange training program for the illiterate and semiliterate human group to increase their skill and performance.
15. To inform public/poor group/human society about suitable/ their beneficial/welfare program.
16. To alert people about building up habit to read through setting up library/reading room among the general people (educated/half-educated).
17. To provide leisure, entertainment and Islamic acquisition of knowledge for public through setting up Islamic library/Kutubkhana.
18. To publishing rare/ancient manuscript/missing folk-song together with manuscript of the country after collecting them.
19. To display arts and industries/painting through visiting exhibition/museum/circulating museum.
20. To provide art competition by setting up fine arts institution.
21. To expand and improve knowledge, science, information technology and efficiency program among public.
22. To work for improvement of literature, language, culture, history and tradition of the country.
23. To take programs for research to maintain plantation, social plant and reproduction related activities for animals and birds to save natural balance
24. To improve the youth as human resource to play vital role to alleviate the poverty through setting up technical education centre, improving the skill on small and cottage industry, handicraft etc.
25. To conduct development program on cattle-goat, duck-hen, dairy and hatchery.
26. To publicize the archaeological and historical example or taking educational research program.
27. To provide various social and religious programs in order to developing the efficiency of unemployed young man and woman and developing ethics and preventing smoking, drug and HIV AIDS.
28. With a view to publish accurate information and program of development of country and nation, arranging publicity and proclamation of daily/fortnightly/monthly/half-yearly newspaper, bulletin, magazine, video, documentary film in accordance with public regulation.
29. To provide books on free of cost among the poor Alem, Olama and others through setting up mosque/madrasha to improve the quality of religious education.
30. In order to providing health service to people taking program of establishing charitable hospital, medical college and health nursing centre set up, family planning centre, satellite clinic, vaccination, blood donation camp, mother and child health, free health service camp.
31. With a view to develop and expand educational and technical educational program setting up mass education, training centre, educational centre, library, school, kindergarten, cadet madrassa, college, university.
32. To arrange and manage competitive examination for selecting suitable candidates on the basis of merit.
33. With a view to public health protection providing arsenic free pure water supply, health service program and sanitation project.
34. To receive grants & donations from the govt. Individuals institution, originations & agencies of Bangladesh, any other country or international bodies, and use the same towards objects of the Trust. (in the cases of taking foreign donation, voluntary regulation ordinance no. 1978 of 1978 is applicable).
35. To take any kind of project in order to make this nation as great, educated and enriched one.
36. To provide reception, award, gold medal and certificate to honor recognition to the worldwide rural writer, litterateur to publicize their writings socially.
37. To arrange various cultural and social functions and programs for productive purpose.
38. To educate the orphans, distressed, neglected child through providing basic rights by setting orphanage and pre-primary school adjacent to that.
39. For various development programs and in order to establishing educational institution, charitable organization, religious organization taking allotment of land/plot from the government and various organization.
40. To operate the mosque/prayer room/khanka sharif/educational institution and religious institution there would be created fund for development work, salaries and allowances of relevant officer-employees.
41. To establish madrasha, school, college, university, Islamic university programs of literature, science, art education and arranging annual academic educational competition.
42. To open, run and continue a permanent scholarship scheme every year to the poor and meritorious students. Irrespective of sex, cast and university or any other educational institution of all or any part of Bangladesh.
43. To arrange rally, seminar, round table conference, yard meeting on any matter in order to increase social awareness jointly with government and non government organizations.
44. To undertake projects with a view to alleviating poverty for employment generation for the low income groups in rural areas as well as urban areas with special emphasis to women folk in the field of handicraft garments making, embroidery & needlework, weaving, poultry, apiculture, diary development and any other artisan’s work.
45. To receive and collect any subscriptions, donations and gifts either in cash or in kind or acquire by any other lawful ways and means any funds or property for many persons, body or organizations national or international and spread the same in fulfillment of all or any the objects of the Trust. If, However the donor intents that his donations and contributions shall be applied to any particular object(s) of the Trust, his donation and contribution shall be applied for that particular objects only.
46. To reimburse the trustees for all their expenses incurred and also to pay them 10% (ten percentage) or in accordance with the decision of board of form the proceeds of the Institutions under the Trust as monthly remuneration for their troubles, efforts, skills and loss of time in executing the Trust.
47. To acquire and maintain suitable office and to take all steps, which may be required to enable it to carry on its functions and fulfill its aims and objectives.
48. To purchase or otherwise acquire and undertake the whole or any part of or any interest of the business goodwill, property, contracts, agreements rights, prevails effects and liability or any other company, corporation partnership body, person, or persons carrying on or having any business which the Trust authorized.
49. In accordance with the decision of trust, any trust property can be used for any commercial purpose or can be mortgaged for the well being of the organizations that is operated by the trust.
